A series of intensive one on one coaching sessions with your practitioner for 4 months. Includes 4 key functional labs. Perfect for those who need a comprehensive deeper investigation and navigation guide.
Go beyond self-help by working together with a FDN practitioner who will order lab screenings you need on your behave. Then, she'll give you a customized protocol for your bio-individual unique self.
You'll be empowered to correct imbalances that are holding you back from feeling your best. The Comprehensive plan will reveal your healing opportunities, uncover hidden stressors in your Hormones, immune system, digestion, detoxification, energy production, nervous system and oxidative stress.
We will Identify the underlining causes of your condition and provide a plan to help you get your health back so you can enjoy life again.

The Connecting consultations- (60 minutes)
We want to take the time to get to know you and fully understand what is going on so we can make proper recommendations. This consultation kick-starts our investigation together. Unlike the 15 minutes you get with a MD- leaving you feeling rushed and unheard, you will feel well heard and motivated to take your health journey to a powerful healing level. We are here to help you every step of the way!
2 Lab Results Consultations- (60 minutes each.)
Test Results are in! These sessions are very exciting as it reveals answers you’ve been waiting for! Your Practitioner will put on her detectives hat and use her special talents to find your healing opportunities and then we will design a DRESS protocol just for you.
2 Progress consultation (30-45 minute)
We are here to help navigate the journey so you are never alone.
S.O.S calls (15 minute) -

The Connecting Consultations (90 minutes each.)
We take the time to get to know you and your health problems and goals. To help get you started on some relief care, we'll give results of your questionnaire assessments and design a personalized protocol that will help get you started until lab results come in. Its important to us that you have things you can implement to improve your health while waiting on labs. We want to empower you to start your health journey right away.
4 Functional Labs Included
The labs we use are not your standard labs. The 4 functional labs we use are unique to finding your Hidden stressors causing your health problems, stopping the cycle of trial and error. The lab kits will be dropped shipped to your home. We will walk you through how to collect samples. Then samples get mailed back to the labs with a pre-paid label. Testing and not guessing saves time, money and helps you feel better faster!
4 Results and Recommendations Consultations (60 minutes each)
Test results are in! These sessions are very exciting as it reveals answers you've been waiting for! Your practitioner will put on her detective's hat and use her special talents to find your healing opportunities. She will make an upgraded customized protocol, that lightens the path to healing. You will have the keys to be able to obtain the healthiest you have been in a long time.
8 Progress Consultations (30 minute)
Every week, you'll get to check in with your practitioner. She will be of service to you, ask more questions, share your struggles and utilize her ability to problem solve and course correct if needed. She will be a great source of support and encouragement. Plus, we get to track your results!
S.O.S Calls (15 minute) -
If you have a question or concern that comes up through the week and it can't wait til our weakly regular progress call. No Problem, Schedule an SOS call!

Qualify for VIP Membership
1 year of having your practitioner available when you need her. This allows for your account in our patient portal to remain open so you can have access to us anytime. A great idea for future retesting and for any unexpected new issues that may arise. After you have completed the Comprehensive or Total Transformation program, you are eligible to enroll in the VIP Membership Program. Membership fees apply.
